Payout Rule

Bet 1-5 to initiate deal of two cards.

Then select "bet" or "fold".

"Fold" preserves winnings on previous hands but
fortfeits additional pays.

"Bet" deals a single card to a player's current hand,
allowing a player to successively create 3,4 and 5
cards hands, each with a unique pay table.

Player may select bet up to 3 times after initial
two card deal.

Game resets when the player either "folds" or reaches
a 5 card hand.
